What you will do
- Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for inbound clients, leading to deal closure
- Convert inbound demos into paying customers and identify upsell opportunities
- Manage and grow strategic client partnerships
- Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless client experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and transparency
Requirements
- Must be able to work U.S. time zone hours (13:00–21:00 UTC) with ±2 hours flexibility
- 3+ years experience in sales account management or account executive roles
- Experience leading live demo presentations and working with SaaS contracts valued $10K+ per year
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High software literacy and ability to understand customer needs and data challenges
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Coupler.io and other MarTech platforms
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment
