What you will do

• Concept, design, and produce high-performing static, motion, and illustration-based creatives for paid campaigns across social and digital platforms.
• Work closely with Brand & Creative and Marketing – Performance teams to interpret project briefs and align on client goals.
• Create engaging illustrations, light motion, and ad creatives, integrating local culture, memes, and trending aesthetics.
• Use data insights and performance feedback to refine and enhance design outcomes.
• Actively contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions, ensuring all visual deliverables adhere to brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of directly relevant experience as a Creative Designer, ideally within an agency or production environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work across diverse social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for producing visuals and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with localization workflows and bulk assets production.
• English: Full professional proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Croatian: Full professional proficiency required (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience building 3D models that evolve existing visual recognition.
• Experience with automation tools for creative production.
