TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Public Safety): Guiding customers to fully realize the value of hirify.global’s cloud-based Evidencentral digital evidence management platform, ensuring successful adoption and usage. Focus on actively monitoring key metrics, identifying roadblocks, and driving expansion through proactive client engagement.

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA, USA (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sales customer contact and advocate for identified accounts.
  • Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks, including regular status calls, business reviews, and account planning.
  • Drive customer adoption of Evidencentral, measured by consumption of services, usage rates, and NPS/CSAT.
  • Identify and resolve blockers for adoption and consumption by collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base.
  • Lead the renewal and expansion of subscription services for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in account/client relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn about technology solutions and teach and inspire others on their use.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Ability to travel.
