What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sales customer contact and advocate for identified accounts.
- Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks, including regular status calls, business reviews, and account planning.
- Drive customer adoption of Evidencentral, measured by consumption of services, usage rates, and NPS/CSAT.
- Identify and resolve blockers for adoption and consumption by collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base.
- Lead the renewal and expansion of subscription services for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience in account/client relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn about technology solutions and teach and inspire others on their use.
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to travel.
