What you will do

• Advise customers on identifying and mapping protein optimization projects to hirify.global’s platform.
• Train customers on platform use and ensure data quality for machine learning applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to enhance customer experience and product features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with scientific and business stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to guide product development.
• Present reports and provide strategic recommendations for project success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US East Coast or able to work remotely from this region
• PhD in molecular biology, bioengineering, bioinformatics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in biopharma focusing on antibody protein engineering and assays.
• Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical R&D processes and tooling.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate complex science into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with scientists and business leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning and non-antibody protein modalities.
• Relationship management or sales experience in biotech or software.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries; familiarity with SQL.
