Location: Hybrid in Vienna preferred; remote options available in Germany, Spain, or Italy

What you will do

  • Guide customer teams through technical integration of E-Invoicing API across European markets.
  • Support Polish market readiness by testing and assisting with specific Polish integration flows.
  • Analyze and resolve complex validation errors in JSON and XML data.
  • Provide actionable API debugging guidance using tools like Postman and cURL.
  • Create developer-focused documentation and guides for cross-border VAT and KSeF authentication.
  • Identify technical friction points and communicate them to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • English and Polish language proficiency at C1+ level is mandatory.
  • 3+ years experience in Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or API Integration.
  • Strong technical fluency with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and developer tools.
  • Experience with EDI, ERPs, or E-Invoicing standards like Peppol, XRechnung, FatturaPA; knowledge of Polish KSeF system is a strong advantage.
  • Service mindset with ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preference for automation and use of AI tools to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.

  • Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
