What you will do
- Lead strategic implementation and integration of hirify.global into client workflows.
- Run training sessions and workshops to enable user adoption of AI capabilities.
- Act as primary contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
- Track success metrics to drive client outcomes and renewal readiness.
- Build customer advocacy and monitor health to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Legal Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Location: Berlin or remote within Europe
- 2-5 years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS account management.
- Proven experience managing complex customer relationships, ideally in legal tech or B2B SaaS.
- Native-level German and professional English fluency (C1+).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic mindset.
- Legal or consulting background is a strong plus.
