Backend Software Engineer

What you will do

• Design and implement software solutions and third-party integrations to support business activities.
• Advocate coding best practices and ensure well-tested, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers throughout development.
• Contribute to documentation to share knowledge and increase team expertise.
• Investigate and apply new technologies to simplify and improve systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the office 2 days per week in Madrid, Spain
• 3+ years experience with Python and REST API frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Falcon).
• Proven experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
