What you will do

• Lead the delivery of the People plan within Operations teams.
• Partner with leaders to build high performing, inclusive teams, championing wellbeing, DEI, and employee experience.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams, advising, challenging, and influencing.
• Coach senior leaders and managers to improve leadership effectiveness and drive performance management cycles.
• Inform decision-making for reward processes and provide market analysis.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design, recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Requirements

• Significant HR generalist experience.
• Experience working in financial services.
• A strength or preference in People Change Management, Reward, Engagement, or Talent Management.
• Understanding of Risk and Regulatory requirements, with a willingness to develop further knowledge.
• Strong execution skills and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced, growing business environment, continuously improving and adapting to change.
