People Business Partner

About the Team
The People Business Partner Team connects the People function with the business and cross-functional teams, leading key people-focused and performance-driven initiatives that reinforce Miro’s culture and values.
About the Role
You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to align people strategy with business goals. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on support across organizational design, talent management, leadership coaching, and culture building.
What you’ll do
— Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees
— Execute global and local People programs (talent management, org planning, performance, development, compensation)
— Provide insights and recommendations using organizational data
— Collaborate with People COEs and cross-functional partners
— Coach managers on building high-performing teams
What you’ll need
— 6+ years of HR Business Partner experience
— Experience supporting Engineering and Product teams
— Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
— Ability to work through change and navigate ambiguity
— Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
— Experience working across global, diverse teams
— Knowledge of Dutch employment law is a plus
