What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to department heads, supporting workforce planning and team development.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Lead or support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and development programs.
• Oversee and execute monthly payroll processes accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Continuously improve people processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of employment law and best practice.
• Previous experience handling or overseeing payroll processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to improve and streamline HR processes.
