What you will do

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team goals.
• Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical and non-technical roles.
• Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates using advanced search techniques and tools.
• Proactively identify market trends, talent pools, and competitive intel.
• Represent the hirify.global brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Track pipeline data, outreach metrics, and sourcing performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven success sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup experience a plus).
• Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Github, Boolean/X-ray search).
• Strong research skills and a data-informed mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills.
• A bias for action, ownership, and delivering results.
