What you will do
- Identify and engage high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and company-provided lists.
- Be the first point of contact, shaping client impressions and contributing to growth.
- Achieve monthly targets measured by ARR generated from qualified opportunities.
- Analyze pipeline performance and continuously improve using advanced sales tools.
- Attend 1–2 trade shows per year to meet clients and learn from the field.
- Communicate clearly the value proposition of hirify.global to prospects.
Requirements
- Italian language proficiency: C2
- 1–2 years experience in B2B SaaS outbound prospecting or lead generation.
- Strategic sales mindset with ability to engage complex organizations and decision-makers.
- Data-driven approach leveraging CRM and sales intelligence tools.
- Strong communication skills to articulate value to senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Resilience and persistence in long enterprise sales cycles.
