What you will do
- Source, reach out to, and qualify leads to convey hirify.global’s value proposition
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos for the Account Executive team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices
- Achieve quota based on qualified leads and activity
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in Chicago office and 2-3 days remote
- Demonstrated ability in outbound prospecting strategies and techniques
- Confidence in phone conversations with prospects
- Resilience, curiosity, optimism, and solutions-oriented mentality
- Track record of overachieving defined metrics
- Data-oriented approach with aptitude for large data sets and numbers
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platforms
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems and vacation rental market
