What you will do

  • Source, reach out to, and qualify leads to convey hirify.global’s value proposition
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos for the Account Executive team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices
  • Achieve quota based on qualified leads and activity

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in Chicago office and 2-3 days remote
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound prospecting strategies and techniques
  • Confidence in phone conversations with prospects
  • Resilience, curiosity, optimism, and solutions-oriented mentality
  • Track record of overachieving defined metrics
  • Data-oriented approach with aptitude for large data sets and numbers

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems and vacation rental market
