What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, product configuration, and initial training.
  • Conduct personalized training sessions and webinars to educate clients on how to use solutions effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, addressing questions and providing timely solutions.
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to help clients navigate the platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience and drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong background in client onboarding, customer success, or a related role within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems proactively.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be a big plus.
  • German native, Italian and English professional fluency.
