What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, product configuration, and initial training.
- Conduct personalized training sessions and webinars to educate clients on effective use of hirify.global’ solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during their onboarding journey, addressing questions and providing solutions.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and resources, updating materials based on feedback and product updates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Requirements
- Strong background in client onboarding, customer success, or a related role within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems proactively, and manage client relationships effectively.
- German native, Italian and English professional fluency.
