What you will do

• Develop differentiated messaging showcasing hirify.global Platform's AI-driven risk management solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, sales leadership, and market insights for messaging alignment and competitive analysis.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging, creating visually engaging collateral and global/regional frameworks.
• Equip sales and partner teams with tools, training sessions, and repeatable frameworks to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Act as a subject matter expert on financial services risk management use cases, staying current on regulatory frameworks and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product marketing or solution marketing in financial services technology with a focus on risk management solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in credit risk management, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, or related domains.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and regional banking regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of developing successful product marketing campaigns.
• Highly collaborative working style with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.

Nice to have

• International marketing experience with understanding of regional regulatory differences (NORAM, EMEA, LAC, or APAC).
• Multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish, Portuguese, or Asian languages).
