What you will do
- Support and manage execution of large go-to-market initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Lead smaller growth campaigns including launch strategy, positioning, and cross-team execution.
- Drive client insights through research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify trends.
- Utilize AI tools to automate workflows and improve marketing productivity.
Requirements
- Must have 3-5+ years B2B marketing experience in high growth tech companies
- Experience targeting HR, Total Rewards, or business owners with financial products
- Proven use of AI to enhance marketing productivity and outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze campaign results and translate insights into action
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and ownership mindset
- English proficiency at least B2 level
