What you will do

• Support and manage execution of large go-to-market initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Lead smaller growth campaigns including launch strategy, positioning, and cross-team execution.
• Drive client insights through research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify trends.
• Utilize AI tools to automate workflows and improve marketing productivity.

Requirements

• Must have 3-5+ years B2B marketing experience in high growth tech companies
• Experience targeting HR, Total Rewards, or business owners with financial products
• Proven use of AI to enhance marketing productivity and outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze campaign results and translate insights into action
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and ownership mindset
• English proficiency at least B2 level
