What you will do

• Support full employee lifecycle including contracts, amendments, and terminations.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Payroll team.
• Manage and update HR systems ensuring data quality and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with external relocation agency to support foreign hires.
• Ensure compliance with Czech legislation including OSH/BOZP coordination.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain internal HR knowledge base.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic
• Fluency in Czech and English required
• Strong understanding of HR systems and Google Workspace skills.
• Experience communicating with external institutions like labor office and social security.
• Proactive communication and problem-solving mindset.
