- Oversee benefits administration, compliance, and process automation.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland
- 5+ years in benefits or Total Rewards roles in multinational organizations.
- Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Experience managing benefits in new markets and vendor transitions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex cross-regional topics.
- English: Proficient (B2) required
