• Conduct benchmarking and analytics to recommend benefits strategy improvements.
• Oversee benefits administration, compliance, and process automation.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland
• 5+ years in benefits or Total Rewards roles in multinational organizations.
• Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Experience managing benefits in new markets and vendor transitions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex cross-regional topics.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
