Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist

What you will do

• Manage annual and quarterly benefits budgeting, forecasting, cost control, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead vendor relationships, service quality oversight, renewals, negotiations, RFPs, and provider transitions.
• Set up and launch employee benefits in new countries, including research, design, benchmarking, compliance, and provider selection.
• Analyze market data, utilization trends, employee feedback, and vendor reports to improve benefits design and strategy.
• Oversee benefits administration, statutory requirements, local reporting, complex employee issues, exceptions, and claims.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR on implementation and communication plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in benefits or Total Rewards roles within multinational organizations.
• Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Experience launching benefits in new markets and managing vendor transitions.
• Background in benefits benchmarking, analytics, and strategic recommendations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex cross-regional topics with attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-changing, international environment.
