What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to deliver engaging demos and showcase platform value to prospective customers.
• Support prospects in identifying the best technical setup for their needs and help remove technical obstacles.
• Assist in technical evaluations, providing recommendations for integrations and implementation.
• Collaborate on RFP response documents to highlight hirify.global’s solutions.
• Provide guidance on API usage, architecture recommendations, and basic implementation approaches.
• Assist with implementation tasks and technical troubleshooting during customer onboarding and early adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Foundational understanding of cloud technologies, web development principles, and REST APIs.
• Basic technical skills, including HTML/CSS and exposure to at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, or PHP).
• Willingness to learn and grow into troubleshooting integrations or investigating issues using application logs or command-line tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must hold authorization/right to work in Australia; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise software concepts and integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday, Single Sign-On, Active Directory).
• Awareness of security and compliance topics in SaaS environments.
• Ability to experiment with APIs or create simple proofs of concept.
