TL;DR

Technical Alliances Manager (HR Tech): Managing a portfolio of integrated technology partners and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Focus on onboarding new partners, fostering relationships with sellers to source new pipeline, and ensuring integration adoption across mutual customers.

Location: Hybrid (Australia), typically 2 days in office. Temporary remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months (after 6 months of employment) is available.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Integrated Technology Partners and develop long-term partner strategies.
  • Onboard new technology partners by setting KPIs and mutual action plans.
  • Drive aggressive partner-sourced pipeline growth through engagement strategies.
  • Foster direct relationships with technology partner sellers to source net new pipeline.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to leverage the app marketplace and partner relationships.
  • Increase adoption of integrations among existing mutual customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing technology partners at a high growth SaaS company.
  • Experience launching new technology partnerships and creating revenue-productive long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue-focused and able to manage partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle.
  • Commercial grasp of integrations and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Experience in HR tech related fields.
