Location: Hybrid (Sydney or Melbourne, Australia). Must be located in Sydney or Melbourne with the right to work in Australia. Ability to travel to industry events and onsite customer meetings in Australia, New Zealand, and the ASEAN region from time to time.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to the sales team, prospects, and customers in the APAC region throughout the sales cycle.
• Become an expert in hirify.global’s AI-powered DevOps platform, DevOps Automation, Testing, and AI offerings.
• Develop and present value-based demonstrations of the hirify.global solution.
• Manage and run workshops and Proof of Concepts (POCs), guiding measures of success.
• Respond to RFPs and other formal written responses for sales opportunities.
• Act as an interface to Product and Engineering teams, representing the voice of the Customer.

Requirements

• Located in Sydney or Melbourne with the right to work in Australia.
• Strong technical skills, ideally from software development, pre-sales, or consulting experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce implementations and/or Salesforce Certification(s).
• Ability to lead technical presentations and engage the audience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to industry events and onsite customer meetings in Australia and New Zealand, as well as the ASEAN region.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience working with DevOps and/or Test Automation.
• Experience with the SDLC and Release Management.
