Location: Onsite in Sydney, Australia with travel flexibility across ANZ

What you will do

  • Define and execute the ANZ commercial sales strategy including forecasting, pipeline management, and quotas.
  • Lead and develop a sales team of 12–15 professionals, including Sales Directors, ensuring high performance and career growth.
  • Own large enterprise sales cycles targeting major organizations across multiple verticals.
  • Develop and manage a strong partner ecosystem including system integrators, resellers, and GSIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, marketing, product, and global AI teams to localize value propositions and accelerate adoption.
  • Adapt global go-to-market frameworks to the ANZ market and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales leadership experience with at least 7 years managing large sales teams.
  • Proven success selling to large enterprises in Australia and New Zealand with complex procurement and long sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud software markets including contact center, CX, CRM, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience building and managing partner ecosystems and alliances.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional go-to-market motions and collaborate with global teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Travel flexibility across ANZ and occasional global travel.
