What you will do

  • Lead Accessibility Programs: Drive strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of accessibility programs across product portfolio.
  • Governance & Compliance: Develop and manage processes for measuring and tracking legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, product, and compliance teams to prioritize and deliver accessibility improvements.
  • Program Management: Build and maintain program roadmaps, manage dependencies, risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting & Communication: Establish reporting mechanisms, scorecards, and updates for leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Education & Advocacy: Provide training, guidance, and coaching to promote accessibility best practices and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience with strong background in accessibility or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in technology environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude to translate accessibility requirements into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Nice to have

  • Accessibility certification (e.g., IAAP CPACC, WAS).
  • Experience with assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools.
  • Experience working in a distributed, global organization.
