What you will do

• Drive day-to-day operational rhythms for engineering teams, including planning cycles and sprint cadences.
• Own and improve key operational processes such as roadmapping, estimation, and release management.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards for team health, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to review project status and identify roadblocks.
• Manage QA team allocation, optimization, and automation efforts.
• Manage select strategic programs from vision to reporting, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management and operations experience, preferably in a tech environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Airtable, Asana).
• Experience working with Product and Technology teams to improve their operations and achieve measurable impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in consulting, business operations, or project management.
• Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
• Previous experience as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
