What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to define strategic vision and translate it into actionable goals and roadmaps.
• Manage operating cadences such as goals, QBRs, and roadmap reviews to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Build frameworks for tracking KPIs, business outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve interdependencies and blockers.
• Lead strategic initiatives from ideation through execution and measurement.
• Produce executive-level deliverables and presentations that clarify complex information.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada within Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, or Saskatchewan.
• 10+ years in program management, business operations, or strategy at a high-growth SaaS/product-led company.
• Proven success leading cross-organizational programs and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, or Amplitude.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience preparing executive-level presentations.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution and navigate complexity.

• Experience in product management or corporate strategy in technology companies.
• Exposure to building or scaling core platform/business-critical systems.
• Experience designing and running SMART goals or operating cadence frameworks at scale.
