• Participate in technical strategy and resource planning with engineering and product teams
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and progress
• Design and iterate on best practices for operational excellence including incident management

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA for remote work
• 1-3 years of experience in technical program or project management
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
• Experience with SaaS products, product lifecycle management, and SQL
• Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements effectively
