Location: Remote (EMEA). Must be able to manage a team and book of business across the EMEA region.

What you will do

• Drive the strategic vision and evolution to an outcome-focused services model for EMEA.
• Provide executive thought leadership for Service Delivery strategy, internally and externally.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to define customer adoption, growth, and success strategies.
• Lead the business and operational elements of the EMEA Services Delivery team, accountable for bookings, revenue, and margin.
• Build and continuously innovate a high-performing team focused on high-impact solutions.
• Ensure successful delivery of services and committed outcomes to customers, resolving commercial challenges.

Requirements

• 15+ years in a service delivery environment with a focus on Data and AI Cloud solutions.
• Deep experience (hands-on preferred) in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering, and AI Solutions.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, managing a Professional Services team in a high-growth environment.
• Proven success in building teams, optimizing performance, engagement, and productivity.
• Executive-level communication with customer-facing experience, confident in presenting technical solutions and business impact.
• Strong program, project, and process management skills.
