Salary: $125,000–$155,000 base salary in New York, plus annual variable bonus and company equity.

What you will do
- Lead strategic discussions and become a subject matter expert across ClearLine and Curator platforms.
- Support GTM sales teams by providing innovative and technically sound client solutions.
- Service and engage senior-level clients, influencing significant organizational matters.
- Create, implement, and own the sales pipeline for hirify.global’s ClearLine and Curator products.
- Establish strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and maintain them post-contract.
- Drive net-new revenue through highly strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on CTV/Video.
- Hands-on experience with buying platforms and/or Curator technology.
- Advanced understanding of how buyers curate and activate supply.
- Proven track record of being solution-oriented and innovative in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
