TL;DR

Enterprise Senior Account Director, Demand Sales (Programmatic/CTV): Leading strategic discussions and expanding hirify.global’s enterprise technology solutions like ClearLine and Curator with an accent on driving adoption and unlocking value for clients. Focus on creating and owning a sales pipeline, servicing and engaging senior-level leaders, and driving net-new revenue through strategic initiatives.

Location: Hybrid schedule in New York City, NY (Mondays and Fridays remote, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office)

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 base salary in New York, plus annual variable bonus and company equity.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic discussions and become a subject matter expert across ClearLine and Curator platforms.
  • Support GTM sales teams by providing innovative and technically sound client solutions.
  • Service and engage senior-level clients, influencing significant organizational matters.
  • Create, implement, and own the sales pipeline for hirify.global’s ClearLine and Curator products.
  • Establish strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and maintain them post-contract.
  • Drive net-new revenue through highly strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on CTV/Video.
  • Hands-on experience with buying platforms and/or Curator technology.
  • Advanced understanding of how buyers curate and activate supply.
  • Proven track record of being solution-oriented and innovative in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
