What you will do
- Manage and close Enterprise sales opportunities, including forecasting, resource allocation, and strategy.
- Drive new business by increasing pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to new logo accounts.
- Present hirify.global solutions to prospects, customers, and partners, aligning with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle.
- Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and deliver on those targets.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a preference for Cloud or SaaS-based software sales.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with customers and prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset.
- Deep understanding of the customer business environment.
