Client Account Executive (Services): Owning and growing a book of mid-market advertisers within the Services segment with an accent on driving activation, retention, and revenue growth. Location: Hybrid, required to work in person from our Toronto office 1–2 days per week.

What you will do
- Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers, acting as the main point of contact for clients and agencies.
- Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through client consultation and performance analysis.
- Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations using market trends, data, and industry context.
- Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns to achieve advertising objectives.
- Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets and cultivate strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with a strong ability to craft and present narratives.
- Highly analytical; comfortable translating data into client-facing insights.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution.
