What you will do

  • Lead sales deals with employers and provincial health services in Canada to meet bookings and quotas
  • Shape sales playbook and processes for Canadian operations
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for target partners
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through personal prospecting and collaboration with channel teams
  • Collaborate internally to complete deals and ensure long-term account success
  • Represent hirify.global at conferences and industry events

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 7+ years of sales experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience in high-growth startups and ability to navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% depending on territory and sales cycle
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce

Nice to have

  • 5+ years in digital health
  • 5+ years managing consultant/broker relationships
  • Established network of employer benefits leaders and health plan decision-makers
  • Physiotherapy background or experience selling musculoskeletal (MSK) solutions
