TL;DR
Business Development Representative: Prospecting, identifying, and nurturing business relationships to generate new opportunities for a high-growth HR tech platform. Focus on outbound sales, executing marketing campaigns, and building the top of the revenue funnel.
Location: Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office at least three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday).
Salary: Base salaries for this role range from $64,350 per year.

What you will do
- Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
- Perform timely outbound calls and other forms of communication to engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Identify key decision-makers and assess buying readiness.
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Sales tools.
Requirements
- 1+ years in lead generation or outbound sales experience.
- Strong interest or experience working for a SaaS organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- A problem solver who thinks creatively and can multi-task.
- Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area.
Nice to have
- Spanish Bilingual.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech related platforms.
