TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Prospecting, identifying, and nurturing business relationships to generate new opportunities for a high-growth HR tech platform. Focus on outbound sales, executing marketing campaigns, and building the top of the revenue funnel.

Location: Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office at least three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary: Base salaries for this role range from $64,350 per year.

What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Perform timely outbound calls and other forms of communication to engage potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess buying readiness.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Sales tools.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in lead generation or outbound sales experience.
  • Strong interest or experience working for a SaaS organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • A problem solver who thinks creatively and can multi-task.
  • Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area.

Nice to have

  • Spanish Bilingual.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech related platforms.
