What you will do
- Prospect and research potential leads or target accounts.
- Initiate outbound calls to introduce hirify.global products/services.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit.
- Build relationships and rapport with potential customers.
- Manage and update CRM with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional working experience, with an interest in transitioning to an outbound sales role.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on outbound prospecting or lead generation.
- Foundational knowledge of computer networking and “how the internet works”.
- Ability to meet and exceed achievable targets (e.g., 50 outbound calls/day, 30 targeted emails/day, 2 qualified opportunities/week).
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com and proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- This is a hybrid position that requires working from our Austin office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Nice to have
- Previous Public Sector, Federal, or SLED Segment experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Outreach.io or Salesloft.
- Ability to travel within and outside the United States and/or Canada as required.
