What you will do
- Own and execute the marketing strategy for the UKI region, aligning with global priorities and local market needs.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilise data and insights to inform strategy, balancing long-term direction and agile execution.
- Deliver full-funnel programs across brand, demand generation, ABM, and customer marketing.
- Partner with Sales to align on pipeline targets and improve conversion rates.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing programs across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Commercially minded with a solid grasp of key marketing metrics (CAC, CLTV, pipeline velocity).
- Deep understanding of regional go-to-market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and buyer personas.
- Skilled at collaborating with senior stakeholders and representing the marketing function as a strategic partner.
