TL;DR

Head of UKI Marketing (HRTech): Shaping and delivering regional marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth with an accent on full-funnel campaign execution, brand presence, and measurable business results. Focus on aligning strategies with sales, optimizing performance, and translating marketing activity into revenue impact.

Location: Candidates must be able to work from our London office 2–3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)

What you will do

  • Own and execute the marketing strategy for the UKI region, aligning with global priorities and local market needs.
  • Translate business goals into actionable plans that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilise data and insights to inform strategy, balancing long-term direction and agile execution.
  • Deliver full-funnel programs across brand, demand generation, ABM, and customer marketing.
  • Partner with Sales to align on pipeline targets and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing programs across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Commercially minded with a solid grasp of key marketing metrics (CAC, CLTV, pipeline velocity).
  • Deep understanding of regional go-to-market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and buyer personas.
  • Skilled at collaborating with senior stakeholders and representing the marketing function as a strategic partner.
