What you will do

• Develop and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with regional sales and global brand initiatives across EMEA and APAC.
• Build and nurture strong partner relationships to drive joint marketing opportunities and brand alignment.
• Lead planning and execution of joint campaigns, digital marketing, and partner events tailored to regional nuances.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support partner-driven pipeline and provide enablement and sales collateral.
• Manage and optimize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and track ROI.
• Inspire and mentor a small team of partner marketing professionals.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years in partner/channel marketing with 3+ years in leadership covering international markets.
• Deep understanding of EMEA and APAC business landscapes and partner ecosystems.
• Experience managing MDF and PRM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to execute in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred.
