What you will do
- Develop and utilize product knowledge to present value propositions and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in your assigned territory.
- Represent hirify.global at relevant marketing events to enhance brand presence.
- Prepare accurate performance reports and continuously develop product and industry expertise.
- Utilize internal CRM diligently to record all client activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
- Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation, discovery, qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products.
