Location: Hybrid (Remote / On Site) in Holmdel, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually

What you will do

  • Build expertise in hirify.global Talent Cloud offerings and the talent acquisition landscape.
  • Own an Enterprise book of business, penetrating target accounts with new opportunities.
  • Create territory plans and research target accounts to identify key decision makers and business challenges.
  • Proactively develop prospecting plans, engaging target accounts cross-functionally.
  • Utilize social selling, networking, and intent data for outreach.
  • Demonstrate creativity in prospecting efforts, including video messaging and gifting.
  • Conduct needs calls and pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Track and record sales activity using SalesLoft and Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • A passion for helping prospective customers tackle business issues with complex technology solutions.
  • Ability to effectively connect with a potential customer, form relationships, and uncover opportunities with a value-based approach.
  • Able to connect with and influence multiple layers within organizations, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a sales role contacting prospects by phone, or experience as a corporate or agency recruiter.
  • Experience with talent acquisition technology.
  • Experience with prospecting tools (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, DemandBase, Gong).
