What you will do

  • Serve as the customer's voice, providing internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention.
  • Schedule, prepare, and deliver Business Reviews to prove ROI and drive renewals/expansion.
  • Increase customer adoption of key platform features and best practices to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and roadmap to guide customer success and drive Adoption Score.
  • Establish strategic, trusted advisor relationships at the highest relevant executive levels within customer organizations.
  • Proactively monitor customer health, anticipate risks or issues, and identify remediation options.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and German languages.
  • 2+ years experience in a Customer Success Manager capacity.
  • 5+ years experience in an enterprise SaaS product support environment.
  • Strong experience building and developing executive-level relationships (CISO’s and CIO’s) at F500 companies.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and previous experience with Internet and networking technologies, including email security products.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge/work experience.
