• Identify and develop expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage sales cycle from initial conversation to close with accurate forecasting and Salesforce updates.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support customer growth.
• Stay informed about customers' industries and technology stacks to identify value opportunities.
• Develop strong product knowledge of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or have experience with UK business culture.
• Proven experience in B2B software or technology sales with focus on account management and expansion.
• Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS sales models.
