Salary: $150,000 – $177,000 USD (Base) + $27,100 – $31,900 USD (Bonus) + Equity.

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across enterprise customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance to enhance clinician productivity and patient outcomes.
- Understand user workflows, provide product training, and ensure optimal utilization of solutions.
- Proactively identify and address clinician issues, collaborating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities and present new features to clients.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and feedback to drive product improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Director or Customer Success/Partner Manager.
- 5+ years of experience working in or with enterprise health systems.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and challenges faced by large health enterprises.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex software solutions.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
