What you will do
- Own and manage a retention target, ensuring timely contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer data to segment and prioritise focus on critical accounts for retention and growth.
- Handle contract renewals end-to-end, leveraging negotiation skills for favorable outcomes and positive client relationships.
- Regularly assess account health, identify early warning signs of churn, and take proactive risk mitigation actions.
- Identify and pursue potential upsell opportunities within existing accounts to expand service usage and drive revenue growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring their business needs are met and advocating internally for them.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in SaaS Account Management or Customer Success Management.
- Proven ability to negotiate renewals and contracts effectively.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience owning an EU book of business with net retention targets (low churn, upsells & cross-sells).
- Demonstrated ability to make business-oriented decisions and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Ability to analyse customer data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Executive project management skills and effective communication across the C-suite.
Nice to have
- Experience with Intercom, Slack, Quicksight, Zendesk, Airtable.
- An HR or HRM background.
