What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact during product rollout.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and develop tailored success plans.
- Monitor customer progress, provide strategic advice, and offer ongoing support to resolve issues.
- Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and full software adoption.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve products and processes, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role within a SaaS business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Proficiency with customer success tools and CRM software.
