Location: Wakefield (Hybrid)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 (yearly)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact during product rollout.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and develop tailored success plans.
  • Monitor customer progress, provide strategic advice, and offer ongoing support to resolve issues.
  • Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and full software adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve products and processes, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role within a SaaS business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Proficiency with customer success tools and CRM software.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
