What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, focusing on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and driving growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all post-sales activities.
  • Partner with customers to develop and execute strategic success plans.
  • Deliver industry insights and hirify.global product expertise, including guidance on new features and roadmap.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer data and collaborating with sales.
  • Manage renewals strategy and plans, leveraging customer analytics to maintain retention goals and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., BDR, Customer Service/Support, Sales, or CSM) with enterprise-level or alliance/reseller partner management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies such as social media platforms, digital experience platforms, and reputation management.
  • Familiarity with web and development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, React, Rest APIs, and JSON.
  • Familiarity with listings networks such as Google, Apple, and Facebook, and experience with marketing strategy for multi-location businesses.
  • Bilingual in English and German is required.

Nice to have

  • Work experience in organic search/local SEO.
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales Methodology.
