What you will do
- Own and execute the North America marketing strategy, aligning with global goals and regional dynamics.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, sharing market insights and shaping Go-To-Market priorities.
- Balance long-term vision with agile, data-driven strategies tied to commercial outcomes.
- Build a performance culture, using funnel metrics, ROI, and dashboards to guide decisions.
- Drive full-funnel growth across brand, demand generation, ABM, and customer marketing.
- Partner with sales to co-own pipeline targets, improve win rates, and ensure revenue accountability.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing regional marketing team.
- Own regional channels (events, content, PR, digital) to boost brand visibility and pipeline.
Requirements
- 10+ years in senior B2B SaaS marketing, with proven revenue impact.
- Expertise in integrated, full-funnel strategies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of marketing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with North American Go-To-Market landscapes and executive-level buyer personas.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders as the regional strategic voice.
