What you will do

• Build and lead demand generation and growth marketing strategy across enterprise and self-serve segments.
• Develop scalable pipeline generation systems supporting sales growth.
• Direct integrated multi-channel campaigns incorporating product positioning and audience insights.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership to align on funnel KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and manage a team of growth marketing professionals.
• Enhance marketing automation, lead scoring, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA
• English: B2+ proficiency required
• 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing with 3–5 years leadership experience.
• Proven track record of pipeline and revenue growth.
• Expertise in acquisition, engagement, and nurture channels including paid social, email, and partnerships.
• Advanced knowledge of AI-powered marketing stacks and automation workflows.

• Experience with B2C growth marketing.
