What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global pipeline strategy integrating AI, automation, and data.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-driven prospecting, scoring, and outreach.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous learning within the team.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a world-class global Sales Development team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales for unified GTM execution.
  • Partner with Product and AI teams to align GTM strategy with innovation narrative.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development leadership within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • At least 4–5 years at the VP or equivalent level.
  • Proven success in building, scaling, and transforming global pipeline teams.
  • Proven experience with modern sales technology stacks, leveraging AI and automation.
  • Ability to align and inspire Marketing, Sales, and RevOps around a shared vision.
