What you will do

• Recruit and hire a world-class team of SDRs.
• Manage and enable SDRs to hit key productivity metrics and growth milestones.
• Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation.
• Develop an overall SDR strategy for the region.
• Collaborate with the wider Sales and Sales leadership teams.
• Effectively forecast monthly/quarterly sales qualified pipeline to leadership.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to measure SDR productivity and plan execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years SDR or AE Leadership/Team Lead experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding quotas.
• Strong hunter mentality with direct experience working with/managing teams responsible for creating new demand.
• Strong team mentality and leadership skills.
• Holds themselves accountable to ensuring and supporting their team in consistent over-achievement.
• Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with the ecosystem at executive levels.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, competent translating technical features into business value.

Nice to have

• Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based SDR & sales methodologies (MEDDPIC, Sandler).
