What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of major enterprise clients as the senior commercial lead and trusted advisor.
• Originate and close new client opportunities through relationship-led selling.
• Shape bespoke software engineering, data platform, and AI engagements, often multi-stream and multi-year.
• Partner with senior engineers, architects, and consultants to align scope, pricing, and delivery.
• Represent hirify.global in the UK enterprise, data, and AI ecosystem.
• Be accountable for pipeline, revenue, margin, utilization, and long-term account health.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior commercial roles within consulting or technology services.
• Track record of owning and signing multi-million-pound consulting or engineering engagements.
• Direct experience working with Tier 1 enterprises (e.g., banks, telcos, insurers).
• Strong commercial and financial literacy across pricing, margin, utilization, and forecasting.
• Confidence operating directly with senior executives and navigating complex procurement environments.
• Tier 1 consultancy-level presentation and communication with clear executive presence.
