TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) in London, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Contribute to strategic enablement plans and execute initiatives to enhance partner and client experiences.
  • Design and implement scalable processes for partner and client self-service and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Implementation) for alignment.
  • Serve as a knowledge leader on partner and client enablement, leveraging internal resources.
  • Analyze data and insights to refine enablement strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partners and clients to align solutions with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in partner or client management roles, ideally within technology or SaaS industries.
  • Proven success in managing strategic initiatives, process optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners, particularly in deployment, configuration, and integration.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing enablement strategies that drive measurable partner and client success.
