Salary: $110,500–$149,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts ensuring engagement and performance.
• Support partner onboarding and enablement to meet customer business objectives.
• Monitor partner performance and drive improvements through regular reviews and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer implementations and delivery quality.
• Advise partners on delivery models and best practices to maintain service consistency.
• Represent hirify.global at partner and industry events to strengthen relationships and advocate partner success.

Requirements

• Must be located in the New York Metro Area with hybrid work onsite at least 2 days per week
• Experience in Service Partner Success, Professional Services, or Customer Success in SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a partner and customer-first mentality.
• Experience with Salesforce and web-based technologies; familiarity with Slack, Zendesk, and Tableau is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a growth mindset and strong work ethic.
